2006 Battle Beach Sponsorship Packages
Battle Beach, LLC is please to be able to offer sponsorship opportunities for the April, 2006 Battle Beach robot combat event. This
is Battle Beach’s fourth major event and will bring fighting robots from across the country together in an exciting and safe competition.
Battle Beach’s partner for this event is Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida The competition will be held
in nearby Deland, at the Volusia County Fairgrounds on April 8 and 9, 2006. For more information and updates please visit our (new
and improved!) web site at: www.BattleBeach.com
Combat Robotics is flourishing, with almost 50 North American events featuring close to 1600 combat robot entries in 2005.
Thousands of builders, and tens of thousands of spectators, enjoy these events with their combination of high technology
and intense competition.
The builder and spectator community represent a cross section of the most innovative and active people in our society. They
come from all levels of corporate America, including manufacturing, services and sales industries. Also strongly represented
is the educational community, with primary, secondary and college students and teachers.
We have media coverage commitments from Servo Magazine and Robot Magazine, and are actively soliciting further television
and print coverage. Battle Beach will be held concurrently with several large events at the Fairgrounds, so we expect a
large crowd of spectators.
Sponsorship, via cash contributions or prize donations, is key to helping Combat Robotics grow and to keeping
your name in the public eye at the same time. Robot builders show strong loyalty to companies that sponsor their sport, and
the return through word of mouth, team web sites, and forum postings is a significant marketing factor.
We have opportunities for sponsorship beginning at $50.00. You can see more detailed information at www.BattleBeach.com.
or feel free to contact Kevin Berry at LegendaryRobotics@gmail.com,
